Quiz Bowl Team Ties for 8th at State
On Friday, March 29th and Saturday, March 30th, the Village Quiz Bowl team attended the State Tournament at the Greenhill School in Addison, Texas. After playing 11 rounds, they tied for 8th place out of 34 teams with Cistercian Preparatory School from Dallas.
“It was very exciting,” junior Pavithr Goli said. “It’s a great encouragement for us to work even harder for Nationals.”
The Quiz Bowl teams are scheduled to compete at Nationals on Friday, May 24th, to Sunday, May 26th.
