The Varsity Village soccer team had a stellar season.record of  8 Wins-7 Losses -1 tie. They made it to state playoffs in San Antonio against Antonian College Prep High School  San Antonian Prep and were close to a win Up 1-0 in the second half, the San Antonians scored twice in the last 20 minutes, ending the game with a score of 1-2 and causing our Vikings to lose their spot in the state playoffs.

A couple of star Viking players, however, received  recognition by becoming a part of the All-District team. Sophomores Alejandro Martinez-Arrieta and Francisco Ribeiro were placed on the 1st team (Listed best players ), and, freshman Stijn Satter, sophomore Nicolas Arze, and junior Kamsi Emegwa were placed on the 2nd All-district team.
