Trunk or Treat (Gallery)

November 17, 2020

BOO!- The Village School community drives through the high school parking lot, collecting candy from student volunteers. The first annual Trunk or Treat event organized by VSPA occured on October 30th. Over 200 cars drove through the event, with participants dressed in Halloween costumes and cars decorated with spiders, monsters, and more. “With the way things have been this year, it has been hard not to be able to interact with people and hand out candy at my home as I usually do, which is why I signed up for the Trunk or Treat,” said Ragini Khullar (11). “I was able to dress up in a little outfit and hang out with my friends while we screamed ‘Happy Halloween’ at the approaching cars and handed out candy. We must have seen 300+ cars that day, it was like everyone who had a little kid was there and the line went all the way down the road. It was loads of fun to help out and be a part of.”
