On Saturday Oct. 4th, 2025, The Village School Parent Association (VSPA) hosted the annual Fall Fest Carnival at the elementary campus from 12:00 to 4:00. The atmosphere was full of music, and laughter. Among the activities there were rides, bounce houses, and food trucks to kick off the fall season.

Throughout the day, over 500 tickets were sold. While the event was mostly aimed at elementary school students, many high and middle school students participated. Younger students enjoyed the face painting and balloon animals, while older students worked together to get some of their favourite teachers wet at the dunk tank.
Many vendors were invited including food trucks like Gyro King and The Sip Factory. They brought lots of variety with everything from savory meat plates to sugary desserts.
“My favourite vendor was The Sip Factory,” 7th grader Pedro Rojas said, “I got a pouch and an Oreo smash.”
Additionally, VSPA organized a raffle to raise money. Baskets included an Apple Watch, a Village Merch collection, and a giant pink teddy bear. After great suspense, the winners were announced at the end of the night and collected their prizes.
Overall, the event attracted lots of people and generated lots of excitement for the upcoming fall. The annual Fall Fest Carnival continues to be a success and brings The Village School community together.
“This is my 7th year coming to Fall Fest Carnival,” Rojas said, “I would definitely come back next year.”
