It’s amazing to see all the stories of heroism and good deeds done by healthcare workers on the news everyday. On Wednesday, May 6th, 2020, the Blue Angels flew over Houston to celebrate healthcare workers. I had seen their flights in other states on social media and the news, but it took my breath away to see it in person.

I took this picture at the beginning of quarantine, when everything was new and uncertain. While everything is still relatively certain, this bridge is a picture I've come back to over and over again during quarantine. The whole world is on a bridge right now, between the old normal and the new normal. Things are going to change and it will be a challenging transition, but I know that things are going to get better.
